Vintage Coffee Expands Production With New 2000 MTPA Capacity

Boost to meet rising overseas demand, turnover expected to grow by 40 per cent

Vintage Coffee and Beverages (VCBL) has disclosed about the commencement of commercial production at its instant coffee subsidiary, Vintage Coffee, near Hyderabad. The company has added a new production line with a capacity of 2,000 metric tonne per annum (MTPA), increasing its overall production capacity to 6,500 MTPA.

The new facility, which began operations on 27th January 2025, was commissioned ahead of its scheduled timeline of March 2025. The additional capacity will cater to growing demand from international markets, particularly in Europe and the Middle East, enabling the company to boost its turnover by 40 per cent.

Speaking about the development, Balakrishna Tati, Chairman and Managing Director of VCBL, highlighted the company’s commitment to quality and innovation. “VCBL remains steadfast in expanding its global presence while focusing on consumer packs for higher margins,” he said.

The expansion aligns with the company’s year-on-year growth vision, strengthening its position in the competitive global coffee market. With secured orders for the new capacity, VCBL is poised to enhance its footprint in premium overseas markets.
