Ample Group, a premium retail partner, has marked Lego Group’s official entry into Chennai with the opening of Lego certified store. The store opens on 28 November 2025, bringing families, fans, and young builders in Tamil Nadu an interactive Lego experience.
Spread across around 2,800 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, the new store is designed as a vibrant hub of creativity and play featuring immersive play zones, an iconic pick-a-brick wall, a make your own minifig station and model displays of some of the most iconic Lego sets. It also has an extensive portfolio of exclusive-to-store only sets, ranging from quick builds to collectible sets to advanced and complex builds.
“We are really excited to bring the authentic Lego brand experience to kids, parents, and adults in Chennai with our first Lego certified store. The reception for our stores in Gurugram and Bengaluru has been fantastic and that has given us the confidence to ramp up our presence across key cities like Chennai,” stated Bhavana Mandon, General Manager, Lego India.
Building on the momentum in Chennai, Ample is also set to unveil a Second Lego certified store in Bengaluru just weeks later. Spanning 4,393 square feet, the upcoming space will introduce a grand, large-format experiential environment with expanded play zones and exclusive interactive features. Located in one of Bengaluru’s most prominent premium retail districts, it will offer all hallmark retail experiences, the official statement added.
