Fynd Partners With Razorpay To Power Omnichannel Agentic Commerce Experience

Khadim expands Fynd Store OS deployment across 260 stores to unify retail operations

The partnership strives to enable brands to create connected customer journeys, from product discovery to purchase, through a single integrated ecosystem

Fynd, an artificial intelligence (AI)-native retail technology company, has partnered with Razorpay India’s Omnichannel Payments Platform for Businesses, to help brands deliver agentic commerce experiences across online and offline channels.

By combining Fynd’s commerce infrastructure with Razorpay’s omnichannel payments stack, the partnership strives to enable brands to create connected customer journeys, from product discovery to purchase, through a single integrated ecosystem. Leading brands, including Guess, Mothercare, Hamleys, Superdry, and Ekke, are already using the integrated Razorpay-Fynd ecosystem to deliver more connected shopping journeys across channels, the official statement added.

The company said that while customers expect seamless experiences across websites, apps, physical stores, and emerging AI-led channels, many businesses continue to operate on fragmented systems for commerce, payments, inventory, and store operations.

“With Razorpay, we are embedding intelligence across the entire shopping journey online and offline to help brands deliver seamless agentic commerce experiences. The ability to orchestrate connected journeys without friction reflects the strength of an integrated ecosystem,” stated Ragini Varma, Chief Business Officer- India, Fynd.

The company highlighted that through Razorpay’s payment gateway and magic checkout capabilities, brands can offer one-click payment experiences that aim to help reduce checkout friction, minimise drop-offs, and focus on improving conversions.

“The next phase of commerce growth will be driven by businesses that can seamlessly connect discovery, decision-making, and payments into a single customer journey. As AI increasingly shapes how consumers shop, brands need infrastructure that can support these new buying behaviours without adding operational complexity,” stated Rahul Kothari, Chief Operating Officer (COO), Razorpay.
