The company states that its retail segment achieved a 50 per cent on-year growth in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25)
Marking a healthy improvement in its performance, PN Gadgil (PNG) Jewellers’ consolidated revenue increased by 5.1 per cent year-on-year (YoY) in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 (Q4FY25), contributing to full-year growth of 25.9 per cent, the company said in an exchange filing.
Sharing the quarterly update, the company stated that its retail segment, representing 81.5 per cent of total revenue, achieved a 50 per cent growth in Q4FY25 as compared to Q4FY24. In the non-retail segments, with an increase of 243.8 per cent compared to the same quarter in the previous financial year, the ecommerce segment contributed 5.7 per cent to total revenue, the company added.
Driven by strong franchisee performance and broader market penetration, the franchisee operations segment surged by 37.2 per cent YoY in Q4FY25, accounting for 11.7 per cent of total revenue. The company added that a same-store-sales-growth (SSSG) of 26.3 per cent continues to drive sustained growth, reflecting the consistent demand and strong operational performance of its existing stores.
“Festive sales remain a key driver of our success. This year, we achieved our highest-ever single-day festive sales on Gudi Padwa, amounting to Rs123.5 crore, with a remarkable 40.4 per cent increase over last year,” the company stated.
The company’s stud ratio, a key measure of product mix, rose by 30.8 per cent to 7.4 per cent in Q4 FY25. In the recently concluded quarter, PNG Jewellers expanded its footprint with the opening of five new stores, four Coco and one Foco store, bringing the total store count to 53.
“We anticipate a strong FY26, fuelled by robust demand starting with Akshaya Tritiya and the continued strength of the wedding season, both of which are expected to drive significant sales in Q1 FY26. Additionally, strong consumer demand driven by increasing purchasing power and shifting consumer presence will continue to fuel growth,” it added.
The company aims to maintain this momentum by opening 20 to 25 new stores in FY26 while expanding its footprint in Uttar Pradesh and other regions.
