The Board has accepted his resignation and will initiate the process of identifying and onboarding a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Sunil Kataria, the Managing Director (MD) of Raymond Lifestyle has decided to move on from the company in pursuit of his personal aspirations outside of the company. In a regulatory filing, the company informed that Kataria will be stepping down as MD and board member. The Board has accepted his resignation and will initiate the process of identifying and onboarding a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

I leave with great confidence in the company’s future and its ability to achieve new milestones,” stated Kataria.
In the interim, to ensure continuity and a seamless transition, the existing senior management team led by Executive Chairman, Gautam Hari Singhania will oversee the business operations. The company’s statement included Singhania’s acknowledgement of Kataria’s contributions.
