Shades Of India Introduces New Brand ‘Cinnamon’

The label features a fusion-style look centered on prints and texture

Shades of India has introduced Cinnamon as a new brand to its brick-and-mortar stores and direct-to-consumer ecommerce site. The label’s fusion-style look is centered on prints and texture.

“Cinnamon represents a seamless extension of Shades of India’s legacy of craftsmanship and design,” said Mandeep Nagi, Design Director, Shades of India in a press release. “Our goal is to offer women classic, timeless and everyday luxury, providing pieces that transition effortlessly from day to night while empowering them to express their unique fashion sense.”

Cinnamon’s clothing has a minimalistic design concept, with textured designs taking center stage. The flower motifs on the day-to-night pieces were first created by hand and then digitally altered. Cinnamon’s first collection include dresses that are airy but structured, pleated jackets and high-neck shirts among more. Throughout the year, Cinnamon intends to introduce a number of chosen collections under the Cinnamon brand.

Customers can browse the label’s debut collection offline at partner stores around the nation as well as at Shades of India’s retail sites in New Delhi and Mumbai. Cinnamon’s clothing falls into the budget luxury market group, with prices ranging from Rs 4,000 to Rs 25,000, according to Shades of India.
