The company notes that this aggressive expansion is driven by evolving consumer preferences for in-store experiences, where customers can interact with products before making a purchase

SleepyCat, a Direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep solution brand, has notified a rapid expansion of its offline retail footprint as part of its omnichannel growth strategy. The company currently operates 38 exclusive retail stores and is on track to scale up to 85 exclusive outlets by the end of 2026.

In recent months, SleepyCat has strengthened its presence across key markets with a series of new store openings in Delhi, Surat, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Hyderabad and Mumbai. The company has also marked its continued expansion into emerging markets with a new store opening soon in Indore.

“Our rapid retail expansion reflects the growing demand for SleepyCat’s products and our commitment to making high-quality sleep solutions accessible across India. With strong traction across metro and emerging cities, we are confident of achieving our target of 85 exclusive stores this year while continuing to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience,” stated Kabir Siddiq, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, SleepyCat.

The company’s portfolio spans mattresses, pillows, furniture, bedding and sleep accessories, including popular products like the hybrid latex, ultima memory foam, cloud pillow, and cuddle pillow.  The company noted that this aggressive expansion is driven by evolving consumer preferences for in-store experiences, where customers can interact with products before making a purchase.
