Stanley Lifestyles, an integrated luxury furniture and home solutions brand, has elevated Venkataramana Gorti from Joint Managing Director to Managing Director of the company. As MD, Gorti will lead the company’s overall strategy and execution.
His focus will include expanding the company’s retail footprint, deepening manufacturing excellence, enhancing customer experiences and accelerating innovation across the business. Since joining Stanley Lifestyles, he has played a key role in strengthening operational discipline, improving manufacturing efficiencies, enhancing supply chain, resilience and building scalable systems to support long-term growth.

Gorti brings more than three decades of global leadership experience across strategy, customer experience, operations, supply chain management and business transformation. He has held senior leadership positions at ABB, Oracle, GE, Flextronics, Wipro Hydraulics, Honeywell and Homag, where he led large-scale transformation programs and built high-performing global teams.
