Honasa Consumer Names Nishchay Bahl As Senior Vice President of Company's Offline Business

Honasa Consumer, the owner of Mamaearth, appointed Nishchay Bahl as the Senior Vice President of Offline Business for the company, according to a press release on Wednesday.

In his new capacity, Bahl will be tasked with driving growth and profitability, as well as developing a comprehensive offline network strategy for the company’s brands, including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, and Bblunt.

Nishchay, an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, and St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, brings with him over 15 years of leadership experience. His background includes managing cross-functional teams in various profit and loss (P&L) roles within the FMCG sector across different channels such as General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and e-commerce.

His expertise spans Sales, Key Account Management, Digital Marketing, Customer & Shopper Marketing, and Brand Management. Nishchay has previously held significant roles with leading consumer goods companies in India, including Britannia and Reckitt. In his most recent position, he collaborated with the Chief Business Officer (Offline) for Good Glamm group.
