Over 8,000 sellers and MSMEs engaged across Surat, Jaipur and Delhi as Flipkart reaffirms commitment to Bharat’s digital commerce growth
Flipkart, India’s homegrown ecommerce marketplace, concluded its flagship Seller Summit 2025 with a grand finale in New Delhi, marking the end of a three-city series that also included Surat and Jaipur. The initiative brought together more than 8,000 sellers, MSMEs, and entrepreneurs from across the country.
The summit aimed to equip small businesses with tools, consumer insights, and technology-led solutions to succeed in an evolving digital economy while serving Flipkart’s 500 million customers. Each edition focused on platform insights, growth strategies, and festive-readiness support, underscoring Flipkart’s role in fostering inclusive digital commerce.
Pralhad Venkatesh Joshi, Union Cabinet Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Minister of New and Renewable Energy, shared a special video message, commending Flipkart for strengthening MSME empowerment and driving ease of doing business.
The Delhi edition, hosted at Pragati Maidan, featured Flipkart leadership including Rajneesh Kumar, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, and Kapil Thirani, Vice President and Head of Marketplace. Both reiterated Flipkart’s commitment to enabling entrepreneurs with digital tools, operational agility, and consumer trust, particularly ahead of the Big Billion Days 2025.
With the conclusion of the Delhi event, Flipkart reinforced its position as a catalyst for MSME adoption of digital commerce, market expansion, and long-term entrepreneurial success across Bharat.
