Flipkart Hosts 100-Hr Beauty Livestream With Celebrities, Creators

Glam Up Fest 2025 brings 140 beauty brands, fun games, and live interactions to over 1 lakh viewers on the Flipkart app

 

Flipkart, one of India’s biggest online shopping platforms, has set a new record by completing a 100-hour non-stop live beauty shopping stream during its Glam Up Fest 2025. The event featured over 140 beauty brands, 40+ guest influencers, and more than 1 lakh live viewers who tuned in to watch creators, experts, and celebrities like Tamannaah Bhatia, Ankush Bhaguna, and Aoora.

This long beauty livestream on the Flipkart app allowed people to explore skincare, makeup, and haircare products while interacting in real time. It helped shoppers trust the products more by watching tutorials, reviews, and honest opinions from influencers.

“This wasn’t just about shopping,” said Neha Agrahari, Senior Director, Video Commerce, Flipkart. “It was about building a fun, honest space for discovery where brands could tell their stories.”

One of the most exciting moments was the “Spin the Wheel” game, where creators had to do fun beauty challenges picked at random. Other interactive segments included giveaways, live quizzes, product hacks, and app-only offers, keeping audiences entertained throughout the stream.

Engagement was 2.5 times higher than usual, showing the power of live, video-led shopping in India. With Gen Z and Millennials preferring real-time, video-first formats, Flipkart’s 100-hour livestream highlights how online shopping is changing — from scrolling to engaging and exploring with the community.
