Flipkart Unveils Revamped ‘Plus’ Loyalty Programme

New campaign highlights 5 per cent SuperCoin savings, no membership fee, and surprise rewards—redefining customer loyalty in Indian ecommerce

 

Flipkart, India’s leading homegrown ecommerce marketplace, has rolled out a refreshed version of its flagship loyalty programme, Flipkart Plus, in a bold new campaign that blends smart shopping with feel-good flair. The revamped programme promises more value for customers through SuperCoins, surprise perks, and no membership fee.

At the heart of the new Flipkart Plus is the SuperCoin rewards currency, now offering an extra 5 per cent discount across all products—a move aimed at making everyday shopping more rewarding. Customers earn SuperCoins on every order (1 SuperCoin = Rs 1 saving), which can be redeemed site-wide.

The new campaign stars a spirited Dadaji and Dadiji duo in a vibrant digital film. With Dadaji skateboarding in shades and Dadiji flaunting her Bluetooth speaker, they redefine what it means to shop smart. Their cheeky dialogue—“Flipkart Plus se aati hai! SuperCoins milte hain har order pe!”—drives home the idea that loyalty, when done right, comes with savings and style.

During major events, Plus members also get early access and enhanced bank offers, making shopping even more rewarding.”

Additional benefits include early access to major Flipkart sales, special bank offers, post-order ‘Plus Treats’ such as gift cards and coupons worth Rs 50+, tiered membership: Silver (10 orders/year) and Gold (20+ orders/year) unlock even more rewards and early-access privileges.

Flipkart’s reimagined loyalty approach moves away from upfront fees and builds on the customer’s activity—placing value and engagement at its core. As competition in India’s ecommerce space intensifies, Flipkart Plus stands out for turning every transaction into a celebration of savings.
