Amazon Fashion Rebrands Gen Z Storefront As ‘Serve’

With 3X growth in Gen Z users and 4X rise in Tier II & III shoppers, ‘Serve’ brings 2 million+ products and bold, inclusive style to the forefront

Amazon Fashion has relaunched its dedicated Gen Z storefront under a striking new identity: ‘Serve – Dishing Out Style’, aimed at democratising expressive, affordable fashion for India’s mobile-first generation. Previously known as the Next Gen Store, ‘Serve’ responds to the evolving language and aesthetic of Gen Z by offering over 2 million products across 350+ brands, curated to reflect trends like Y2K, gender-fluid style, dopamine dressing, and more.

The rebrand comes on the back of a 3X increase in Gen Z customers and a 4X surge in shoppers from Tier II and III cities such as Chandigarh, Kochi, Patna, Nagpur, Jaipur, and Surat. With over 40 per cent year-on-year growth in non-metro markets, Amazon Fashion is doubling down on accessibility, style, and self-expression through Serve.

“After pioneering India’s first Gen Z store in 2023, we’re taking the next leap,” said Nikhil Sinha, Director, Amazon Fashion India. “‘Serve’ is not just a fashion destination—it’s a cultural platform that reflects how India’s youth express confidence and creativity. We’re bringing affordable, trend-forward fashion to every corner of the country.”

Designed for discovery and community, the new platform features monthly trend drops, creator-led edits, and tailored experiences based on Gen Z personas—from the ‘Trend-Hacker’ to the ‘Elevated Everyday-ist’. The rebrand includes an updated visual identity, fresh UX design, and curated categories like Clean Girl, Mob Wife Core, Soft Boy Energy, and conscious fashion.

As Amazon Fashion strengthens its position as a trend-first platform, ‘Serve’ aims to lead the charge in transforming how young India engages with style—making fashion a vehicle for confidence, identity, and cultural relevance across cities big and small.
