Yami Gautam Dhar showcases heritage- and wave-inspired designs as brand rolls out festive offers
Jewellery brand CaratLane has unveiled two new collections — Kaashika and Leher — ahead of the auspicious festival of Akshaya Tritiya, blending traditional inspirations with contemporary design aesthetics. The collections are being showcased by actor Yami Gautam Dhar, the brand’s ambassador, across campaign visuals.
The Kaashika collection draws inspiration from Varanasi, one of India’s oldest cities, historically known as Kaashi. The designs reinterpret the city’s architectural grandeur, temple motifs and cultural richness through 14KT gold and natural diamonds, offering a modern take on heritage jewellery. The pieces aim to capture the intricate artistry and timeless elegance associated with the sacred city.
In contrast, the Leher collection takes cues from oceanic waves, featuring fluid designs crafted with real diamonds and blue topaz set in 14KT gold. Characterised by soft curves and layered forms, the collection focuses on versatility and everyday wearability while maintaining a distinctive design identity.
Commenting on the launch, Saumen Bhaumik, Managing Director of CaratLane, said the collections reflect the brand’s ongoing effort to contemporise traditional inspirations. He noted that while Kaashika celebrates India’s architectural legacy, Leher explores movement and fluidity through modern design elements.
The launch coincides with the festive buying season, with CaratLane offering promotional benefits including a 50 per cent discount on making charges and an additional 15 per cent off on diamond prices across its jewellery range.
Customers can access the collections through CaratLane’s network of over 370 stores nationwide as well as via its online platform, as the brand strengthens its omnichannel retail strategy during the peak festive period.
