V2 Retail Plans To Recruit 1500+ Employees Across Various Departments

For the full year, standalone revenue from operations grew by 61 per cent to Rs 3,060 crore as compared to Rs 1,885 crore in FY25

Registering a healthy growth in its performance, V2 Retail has seen a 59 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in its standalone revenue in the fourth quarter of the current financial year (Q4FY26). The revenue stood at Rs 798 crore as compared to Rs 499 crore in Q4FY25.

The company highlighted in an exchange filing that it clocked a 7.74 per cent Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG) in Q4FY26. This was enabled by its data-backed assortment strategy and product-first mindset, which delivered high sell-through and minimised markdowns, the company added. Monthly Sales Per Square Feet (PSF) reached Rs 794 during Q4FY26, indicating faster ramp-up and improving productivity of recent store additions.

V2 Retail opened 33 new stores and closed two stores during the quarter, with a strategic focus on the consumption-driven demand in tier 2 and 3 cities. The total retail footprint expanded to around 35 lakh square feet across India with store count standing at 325 stores as on 31 March 2026.

“The FY26 performance reinforces the portability of the company’s ‘value and variety’ model across geographies. The encouraging performance of new stores in non-core territories such as Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan and South India has further strengthened management’s confidence to maintain an aggressive expansion trajectory for the remainder of the financial year,” the company emphasised in the exchange filing.

For the full year, standalone revenue from operations grew by 61 per cent to Rs 3,060 crore as compared to Rs 1,885 crore in FY25. The company registered SSSG of around 8.58 per cent for FY26, with monthly Sales per square feet per month (PSF) at Rs 925 for FY26. The company added 136 stores during FY26, comprising 139 new store openings and three closures.
