PN Gadgil Jewellers is targeting revenue of Rs 13,500 crore, implying a growth of 25 per cent year-on-year (YoY) and an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) margin of 7.5 per cent in the financial year 2027.
The company plans to open 25 new stores, with a strong strategic focus on scaling franchise formats, alongside company-owned stores. This is expected to take its total store count to 103 by the end of the fiscal year, it said in an exchange filing.
The company reported revenue of Rs 10,744 crore, up 40 per cent YoY in the last financial year (FY26). The growth was supported by a healthy fourth quarter, where total revenue increased by 124 per cent YoY. The retail segment recorded 102 per cent YoY growth in Q4FY26, driven by strong demand during the wedding and festive season.
Franchise Operations grew by 132 per cent YoY, while ecommerce recorded a 67 per cent YoY increase. During the quarter under review, total revenue excluding the other segment delivered a YoY growth of 104 per cent.
Foundation day sales during the period amounted to Rs 365 crore, with healthy contribution across all categories. This was followed by a robust festive performance during Gudi Padwa, with sales reaching Rs 171 crore, reflecting a 38 per cent YoY growth.
Product Mix and Same Store Sales Growth (SSSG)
Despite rising gold prices, volumes saw positive traction with the gold category increasing by 27 per cent YoY, while silver and diamond volumes rose 37 per cent YoY and 125 per cent YoY, respectively, it said in its quarterly update. Same-store sales growth (SSSG) for the quarter stood at 86 per cent YoY.
During the quarter, the company added eight company-owned, company-operated (Coco) stores and four franchise-owned, company-operated (Foco) stores, taking the total store count to 78 as of 31 March 2026. It includes 57 Coco stores and 21 Foco stores.
