Kama Ayurveda integrates Unicommerce’s Uniware and Shipway platforms to manage orders, warehouses and deliveries more efficiently
Beauty and wellness brand Kama Ayurveda has partnered with ecommerce enablement firm Unicommerce to strengthen its online order management and delivery systems. Through the partnership, Kama Ayurveda will deploy Unicommerce’s technology platform Uniware to manage orders, inventory and warehouse operations across its network. The brand will also integrate the logistics platform Shipway to streamline shipping and returns.
The move is expected to provide the company with centralised visibility of inventory and faster order processing as it handles growing online demand. The system will also allow the company to automate courier selection and improve delivery timelines.
Companies said the integration would enable smoother coordination between warehouses while helping track stock levels more accurately and manage orders across digital channels from a single platform.
India’s natural beauty and wellness market has been expanding rapidly as consumers increasingly turn to ayurvedic and plant-based products, prompting brands to invest more in supply-chain and fulfilment technology.
