Yes Madam Revenue Jumps 3.9 Times In Two Years To Rs 402 Cr

At-home beauty platform posts 69% year-on-year revenue growth in Q2 FY27; quarterly revenue rises to Rs 79.4 crore as net transaction value reaches Rs 165.8 crore

Yes Madam, an at-home beauty and wellness platform, has recorded a 3.9-fold increase in revenue between Q2 FY25 and Q2 FY27, taking its annualised revenue run rate to Rs 402 crore. Its annualised net transaction value (NTV) run rate has reached Rs 836 crore, reflecting sustained growth in demand for at-home beauty and wellness services.

The company’s revenue rose 69 per cent year-on-year to Rs 79.4 crore in Q2 FY27, compared with Rs 47 crore in the year-ago quarter. Net transaction value grew 75 per cent year-on-year to Rs 165.8 crore. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 11 per cent from Rs 71.7 crore in Q1 FY27, while NTV rose 12 per cent from Rs 148.1 crore.

Expands Presence Across 55 Cities
Founded in 2016 by Mayank Arya, Aditya Arya and Akanksha Vishnoi, Yes Madam has built its business over nearly a decade, remaining bootstrapped until its first institutional funding round earlier this year. The company raised Rs 50 crore from Info Edge Growth, marking a new phase in its expansion plans.

Yes Madam now operates across more than 55 cities and has a network of over 10,000 service professionals. The platform fulfils more than 3.5 lakh bookings a month, according to the company, as demand for convenient beauty and wellness services at home grows.

The company attributes its growth to a focus on customer convenience, hygiene, pricing transparency and service innovation. Its initiatives include single-use mono-dose kits and a pricing structure that separates product costs from service charges, aimed at improving transparency for customers.

It has also expanded its service portfolio to include premium Korean-inspired beauty treatments, alongside a wider range of salon, skincare, grooming, spa and wellness services.

Targets Wider Beauty And Wellness Market
Commenting on the performance, Aditya Arya, co-founder and chief executive officer of Yes Madam, said the company had built its business without external funding for nearly a decade by focusing on customers, service partners and gradual expansion.

“Our performance in Q2 FY27 reflects how far we have come and the foundation we have built over the years. As we enter our next phase of growth, our ambition is to offer a comprehensive range of beauty and wellness services and make Yes Madam the first name that comes to mind whenever consumers think of beauty services,” Arya said.

Going forward, the company plans to expand its beauty and wellness offerings, strengthen its service partner network, invest in technology and deepen its presence in existing markets to reach a wider customer base.

The latest results underline the platform’s expansion as India’s at-home beauty services market evolves, with convenience, service accessibility and customer experience emerging as key areas of competition.
