The company’s revenue in FY26 rose to Rs 1,842.1 crore, marking a 37 per cent year-on-year growth
Baazar Style Retail opened two new stores of Style Baazar at Bhagalpur, Bihar and Falakata, West Bengal on Friday. With this, the company has taken the store count to 264. It reported its highest-ever standalone revenue from operations in FY26, registering a YoY growth of 37 per cent.
The company’s revenue in FY26 rose to Rs 1,842.1 crore. Standalone revenue from operations posted a healthy growth of 35 per cent on-year to Rs 466. 2 crore in the last fiscal year of FY26. Sales Per Square Feet (PSF) stood at Rs 731 per month in FY26 and Rs 698 per month in Q4FY26.
In an exchange filing, the company informed that the same store sales growth (SSSG) stood at 3 per cent in FY26 and 8 per cent in Q4FY26. As of 31 March 2026, the company operated 263 stores with a total rental area of 24.53 lakh square feet.
During Q4 FY26, the company opened 11 new stores and did not close any stores. During FY26, the company added 56 new stores and closed seven stores. In a recent development, Cupid has made the payment of Rs 82.88 crore, representing 25 per cent of its total planned investment of Rs 331.53 crore in Baazar Style Retail, the company said in an exchange filing. Pursuant to this, the company has been allotted 1,01,00,000 warrants, convertible into equity shares of Style Baazar.
This investment provides Cupid with direct access to a retail network of over 260 stores, significantly strengthening market access, shelf visibility and last-mile reach for its fast-moving consumer goods product portfolio. The collaboration is also expected to support faster rollout of Cupid’s expanded product portfolio. The company highlighted that this will enable deeper penetration across high-potential regional markets with improved speed and efficiency.
