Gillette India’s Q1 Net Profit Rises 25% To Rs 145 Cr

The revenue from operations has increased to Rs 706.72 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year (Q1FY26) from Rs 645.33 crore in Q1FY25

Registering a healthy improvement in its performance, Gillette India has witnessed a 25 per cent year-on-year (YoY) uptick in its net profit in the first quarter of the current financial year (Q1FY26). The net profit rose to Rs 145.69 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs 115.97 crore in Q1FY25.

The financial results of the company revealed that the revenue from operations increased to Rs 706.72 crore in Q1FY26 from Rs 645.33 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year. The total expenses of the company also rose to Rs 517.97 crore in the recently concluded quarter from Rs 494.68 crore in Q1FY25.

“We have delivered double-digit growth across both topline and bottom line in the quarter. These results are a testament to our teams’ execution of the integrated growth strategy – a focused product portfolio of daily use categories where performance drives brand choice, superiority, productivity, constructive disruption, and an agile and accountable organisation,” highlighted Kumar Venkatasubramanian, Managing Director, Gillette India.

In an earlier development, the company had informed that Kapil Sharma has been appointed as Category Head – Grooming, effective 1 August 2025. Kapil Sharma takes over from Abhishek Desai in the role, who has been promoted to take on a regional leadership role for Asia, Middle East and Africa, based out of Dubai.
