ITC’s Net Profit Rises To Rs 19,807 Cr In Q4

ITC's FMCG Reports 20% Surge In FY23 Revenue

The net profit rose to Rs 19,807.8 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25) from Rs 5,190.71 crore in Q4FY24

Driven by exceptional gain, the diversified conglomerate ITC has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 19,807.8 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25). However, the profit from the continuing operations rose to Rs 5,155.27 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 5,006.14 crore in Q4FY24.

The financial results of the company revealed that the revenue from operations surged to Rs 20,176.41 crore in the recently concluded quarter from Rs 18,412.52 crore in Q4FY24. In FY25, the company reported a jump in revenue from operations, which stood at Rs 80,942.76 crore in FY25 as compared to Rs 73,350.53 crore in FY24. The company’s total consolidated profit rose to Rs 35,052.48 crore in FY25 from Rs 20,751.36 crore in FY24.

The company’s fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) segment’s consolidated revenue, which includes Cigarettes and others, rose to Rs 14,731.99 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 13,996.86 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal. The agri business’ revenue was Rs 3,694.64 crore during the recently concluded quarter, up from Rs 3,136.43 crore in Q4FY24, as per the exchange filing made by the company.

The consolidated revenue from paperboards, paper and packaging stood at Rs 2,188.69 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 2,072.86 crore in Q4FY24, the company added. The Hotel business demerged into ITC Hotels (ITCHL) with effect from 1st January 2025.

Update On Dividend
The company’s Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 7.85 per share. Including the interim dividend of Rs 6.50 per share paid on 7th March, 2025, the total dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2025, amounts to Rs 14.35 per share.
