Leo Dryfruits and Spices Trading, through its subsidiary Vandu Food Processing or VFPPL, has entered into a supply agreement with Haldiram Marketing (Haldiram) with an effective date of 19 March 2026. The agreement is for five years from effective date and is renewable on mutual consent.
In an exchange filing, the company said that under the said agreement, VFPPL shall undertake processing and supply of processed cashew nuts, related products and other food products in accordance with the specifications, quality standards and instructions provided by Haldiram.
The agreement involves processing of raw cashew nuts into finished products, including broken cashew pieces and cashew powder and supply of the same to Haldiram. “This engagement reflects the confidence of a reputed FMCG player in the Company’s capabilities and is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the food processing segment, enhance its market position, and create additional growth opportunities,” company said in the exchange filing.
The company expects to generate revenue of approximately Rs 150 crore per annum under this agreement, post commissioning of the processing facility. Vandu Food Processing was incorporated on 9 February 2026, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The company has subscribed to 51 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital of Vandu Food Processing in cash consideration at face value.
The objective of incorporation was to carry on the business of processing, manufacturing, grading, roasting, packing, storing, trading, importing, exporting and marketing of cashew nuts and other food products, as per an earlier exchange filing by company in February 2026.
