Newme Opens 25th Store, Eyes Opening 25 More By Year-end

Alongside offline expansion, the brand is also scaling its integrated omnichannel ecosystem by scaling its quick commerce service Newme Zip

Gen Z fashion-tech brand Newme has opened its 25th store in Vadodara, marking a major step in the brand’s rapid offline expansion journey. With this store in Vadodara, it now operates four stores across Gujarat with two stores in Surat and one in Ahmedabad, taking the total presence to 14 cities.

The brand currently operates high-street and mall stores across cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Dehradun and Chandigarh, among others. The brand also aims to open 25 new stores by the end of the current year end of 2026 across high-potential markets, like Vizag, Ludhiana, Bhopal, Agartala and Kolkata, including other emerging cities and the northeast region.

“Opening our 25th store is more than just a retail milestone. It is a proof that Gen Z in India is ready for a new-age fashion brand that moves at their speed, speaks their language and builds experiences beyond shopping. What started as a digital-first idea has now grown into a truly omnichannel fashion movement powered by community, culture and constant innovation,” said Sumit Jasoria, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Newme.

The brand has already served over 2.2 million customers across India and continues to scale its offline footprint through its company-owned-company-operated (Coco) retail model. It has also expanded into quick commerce with Newme Zip, currently operational in Delhi and Bengaluru. Alongside offline expansion, the brand is also scaling its integrated omnichannel ecosystem Newme Zip.

Jasoria added that as the company continues to scale, its focus remains on building deeper access across tier 1 and 2 markets, strengthening its quick commerce ecosystem and continuing to innovate across both retail and technology.
