Nothing to Open First India Flagship Store on Feb 14

Bengaluru outlet will be the company’s second global store and its first flagship location outside the UK, signalling deeper India focus

Nothing will open its first flagship store in India on 14 February, the company has confirmed. The outlet will be located in Bengaluru and will become the brand’s second physical store globally. It will also mark Nothing’s first flagship retail presence outside the United Kingdom. At present, the London-headquartered consumer technology company operates a single store at 4 Peter Street in Soho.

Additionally, they are planning to introduce a new store in New York and Tokyo.

The Bengaluru store is expected to function as both a retail outlet and a brand experience centre, giving customers direct access to Nothing’s product ecosystem. The company’s portfolio includes smartphones, true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, smartwatches and other connected devices, which will be available for hands-on trials at the location.

The new store comes as Nothing sharpens its focus on India, a market that is increasingly important for global device makers from both a demand and manufacturing perspective. The Carl Pei-led firm has been expanding its presence in the country not only through product launches but also by building local operational capabilities.

“The opening symbolises a period of significant growth for Nothing, recently valued at USD 1.3 billion following Series C funding, and signals the acceleration of its offline expansion’, said company in the statement.

Earlier this month, CMF by Nothing was registered as a separate legally incorporated entity in India. Confirming the development, Akis Evangelidis, C0-founder, Nthing said on social media platform X post dated 7 January 2026, “CMF has an important role to play in that journey and we’re happy to share that it is now a separate, legally incorporated entity in India”.

Nothing has also formed a manufacturing joint venture with Optiemus Infracom, an Indian electronics manufacturer, aimed at establishing India as a production and export base for devices sold under both the Nothing and CMF brands.

The companies have outlined plans to invest more than USD 100 million (around Rs 887 crore) in the venture, which is expected to create over 1,800 jobs in India over the next three years. With this, Nothing’s total announced investment commitment in India has crossed USD 200 million.
