Marking a healthy improvement in its performance, P N Gadgil Jewellers, a jewellery retailer has clocked 35 per cent year-on-year increase in its total revenue in the third quarter of the current financial year. The total revenue rose to Rs 3,302 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 2,435 crore in Q3FY25.
The growth was primarily driven by strong festive and wedding season demand. Revenue excluding other segment also rose significantly from Rs 2,176 crore to Rs 3,169 crore in the recently concluded quarter. The company, in a regulatory filing, added that retail segment delivered strong revenue growth 46 per cent in Q3FY26 compared to the same period in the previous financial year, accounting for 83.2 per cent of total revenue.
Ecommerce segment recorded a 138 per cent increase compared to the same quarter in the previous financial year. The company said that it contributed 5.1 per cent to total revenue. Franchisee operations segment grew by 12 per cent YoY, accounting for 7.7 per cent of total revenue.
Dussehra sales stood at Rs 190 crore, reflecting a strong 64 per cent YoY growth. Dhanteras registered a revenue of Rs 277 crore, marking the highest-ever single-day festive sales for the company. Consequently, total Diwali sales aggregated to Rs 606 crore, registering a robust 74 per cent YoY growth.
October 2025 witnessed the highest-ever monthly revenue of Rs 1,807 crore, representing a significant 72 per cent YoY increase. The studded jewellery contribution for the nine months of FY26 increased by 52 per cent YoY, taking the stud ratio to 8.4 per cent. Further, the same-store sales growth (SSSG) for the quarter stood at 32 per cent.
During the quarter, the company opened three exclusive company owned outlets, taking the total store count to 66 as of 31 December 2025. On the expansion front, company continues to focus on accelerating its store rollout plan, with 12 to 14 new openings planned for Q4FY26, comprising a mix of company owned (coco) and franchisee operated (foco) outlets. These additions will enable the company to achieve its target of 78 to 80 stores by the end of the fiscal year.
