Wenger, the Swiss maker of watches and travel gear, has brought it fully ecommerce enabled brand website in India. With this, Wenger becomes the first Swiss brand to introduce a dedicated direct-to-consumer digital platform in the country, the company said in a statement.
From the House of Victorinox, Wenger carries forward a legacy of Swiss innovation and has retained its distinct identity after the takeover by Victorinox in 2005. The new website offers consumers access to Wenger’s complete portfolio, including its Swiss-made watches and stylish travel gear designed for everyday movement.
“By launching our own ecommerce platform in India, we are enabling consumers to experience authentic Wenger products directly from the brand. This marks a significant step in strengthening our footprint in a market that values trust, durability, and premium lifestyle experiences at an affordable price,” stated Debraj Sengupta, Managing Director Sales and Marketing, Victorinox India.
The company highlighted that as India continues to emerge as a key market for premium lifestyle and travel accessories, the platform allows the brand to engage directly with Indian consumers while maintaining the trust, quality and authenticity synonymous with Swiss brands.
