Reliance Retail’s Azorte Ups India Presence With Kolkata Store

This all-new destination will introduce Azorte’s first-ever standalone high-street store in India

Following the previous rollout, Reliance Retail’s premium fashion and lifestyle brand Azorte, has marked its entry into Kolkata. This all-new destination will introduce Azorte’s first-ever standalone high-street store in India.

Spanning a two-storey retail space with over a total of 10,000 square feet structural expanse, this new destination is situated at Elgin Road in Kolkata and will encompass an extensive curation of women’s wear, men’s wear, kids ‘ wear and accessories. With the opening of its Kolkata store, Azorte will now operate across 42 stores pan India.

The company said that the Kolkata store has RFID and QR code technology to ensure efficient inventory management. Aimed at offering contextual product recommendations and a superlative fitting experience, the store has smart trial rooms, the official statement mentioned.

“With a high concentration of robust individuals, this city promises a platform to expand and foray into its balanced yet modernising culture, deep-rooted with tradition. We are excited to bring our extensive curation to buyers receptive to new offerings and willing to make a mark with their fashion statement,” stated Nitin Sehgal, Chief Executive Officer, Azorte at Reliance Retail

Earlier, Kiko Milano, Italy’s professional makeup brand, has opened its newest store at Lake Shore Y Junction, Hyderabad. Acquired by Reliance Retail Ventures, the brand earlier marked its entry into South India with its Kochi store, extending its expansion journey across key cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Pune and Lucknow.

Designed as an immersive beauty playground, the Hyderabad store brings the brand’s discovery-first retail experience to life. Featuring a diverse range tailored to Indian skin tones, undertones and preferences, the space invites consumers to explore, swatch and personalise their looks through hands-on engagement with the brand’s formulations.
