The Face Shop Partners With ClickPost To Boost B2B Distribution

The partnership enables system-driven B2B logistics execution across modern trade, ecommerce, and quick commerce

The Face Shop, operated in India by Holistique Beauty Products, has entered into a strategic partnership with ClickPost to transform and scale its business-to-business (B2B) distribution network in India.

As the brand expands across a rapidly growing retail, ecommerce, and quick-commerce footprint, this partnership marks a shift away from manual logistics toward a tech-first, system-driven execution model. ClickPost Darwin, ClickPost’s B2B logistics intelligence platform, has been deployed as a centralised control layer within The Face Shop’s supply chain to support predictable, appointment-driven omnichannel distribution.

As the brand grows its presence across more than 60 ecommerce and retail channels, including large-format stores, national distributors, and rapid-delivery platforms, the focus of the partnership is on strengthening The Face Shop’s B2B distribution layer. This layer serves modern trade, distributors, marketplaces and quick-commerce partners across India, where availability, appointment adherence and execution reliability directly impact sales outcomes.

“The biggest shift for us has been control. In a retail environment defined by availability and speed, building a system-driven B2B distribution backbone with ClickPost has become a strategic enabler for scaling our business,” said Vivek Vishwanathan, Head of IT and Automation, The Face Shop.

Through its partnership with ClickPost, the brand has moved to a unified, system-driven framework that enables it to manage diverse delivery rules, carrier preferences and retailer appointment windows within a single operational view, helping ensure products are available where and when partners need them.

The operational impact of this transition has been immediate. Automated workflows now support carrier allocation and exception-first monitoring, while the time spent on daily logistics reporting has reduced from nearly four hours to around 30 minutes, the brand said. In parallel, The Face Shop has integrated its own vehicle fleet into the same digital ecosystem enabled by ClickPost. Nearly 40 per cent of B2B shipments are now executed through controlled logistics

“As brands scale B2B distribution across retail, marketplaces, and quick commerce, logistics must evolve from manual execution to system-led control. The Face Shop’s journey demonstrates how a technology-led logistics partnership can protect availability and revenue at scale. ClickPost Darwin is built for exactly this kind of B2B complexity, where predictability and visibility matter as much as speed,” stated Naman Vijay, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of ClickPost.
