The net profit for the quarter has risen to Rs 7.78 crore from Rs 7.68 crore in Q3FY25
Vishal Fabrics, a denim fabric manufacturer and part of the Chiripal Group, has clocked 5 per cent year-on-year (YoY) income growth in the third quarter of the current financial year. The company’s total Income rose to Rs 424.16 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 404.15 crore in Q3FY25.
The financial results of the company revealed that the net profit for the quarter came in at Rs 7.78 crore, up 1.3 per cent YoY, compared to Rs 7.68 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year. The total expenses of the company also rose to Rs 413.38 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 389.97 crore in Q3FY25.
“Our Q3FY26 performance reflects our continued focus on operational efficiency, cost management and disciplined execution. During the quarter, we strengthened our integrated capabilities and expanded our value-added offerings in the existing and newer markets. As we enter the final quarter of the financial year, we remain focused on maintaining operational stability while advancing our long-term growth priorities,” stated Dharmesh Dattani, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Vishal Fabrics.
For the nine months of the current financial year (9MFY26), the company’s total income stood at Rs 1,254.65 crore, up from Rs 1,129.08 crore in 9MFY25. The net profit also rose to Rs 24.66 crore in 9MFY26 compared to Rs 18.95 crore in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.
