The fashion quick-commerce platform will fulfil orders from partner brand stores and deliver them in about 120 minutes
ZILO has rolled out its ‘Mall-to-Home’ fulfilment model across more than 150 stores in Mumbai, allowing customers to order fashion products available at partner retail outlets through its platform and receive them in about 120 minutes.
The model combines ZILO’s fulfilment hubs with inventory from partner stores, giving customers access to a wider range of in-season products. The platform can also consolidate products sourced from multiple stores into a single delivery.
ZILO is set to open a new dark store in Bandra, Mumbai, this week. The company said the facility will strengthen its fulfilment network and support its 60-minute fashion delivery service across parts of the city.
The model also extends ZILO’s free home-trial service to products sourced from partner stores. Customers can order multiple items, try them at home while the delivery partner waits and pay only for the products they choose to keep. They can alternatively opt for split deliveries.
ZILO’s Mumbai network includes brands such as Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, ONLY, Selected, U.S. Polo Assn., Flying Machine, Arrow, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Allen Solly, Peter England, American Eagle, Rare Rabbit, Rareism, Metro, Mochi, BIBA, Soch and Inc.5.
The company plans to expand its brand network to more than 50 brands by the end of August and over 100 brands by the end of 2026. New additions are expected to include D2C brands such as Neeman’s, Powerlook and The Bear House.
“Fashion has always been an experience-driven category, but convenience has never truly kept pace with consumer expectations. Customers shouldn’t have to choose between discovering the latest collections and shopping effortlessly. Omni Delivery fundamentally changes that equation by bringing the experience of the mall directly into customer’s homes,” said Padmakumar Pal, CEO and co-founder, ZILO.
