Pink Drink returns alongside new seasonal beverages, desserts and limited-edition merchandise across 500+ stores in India
Tata Starbucks has unveiled its limited-edition Valentine’s Day menu and merchandise collection, bringing back the popular Pink Drink and introducing a range of new handcrafted beverages and desserts across its stores in India.
Available for a limited period, the seasonal line-up aims to tap into the growing consumer appetite for experiential dining and gifting during occasion-led retail moments.
Seasonal Beverages and Desserts
The highlight of this year’s menu is the return of the Pink Drink, a globally popular beverage combining Strawberry Açaí flavours with creamy coconut milk and topped with freeze-dried strawberries.
Joining the line-up are the Vienna Créme Latte and Vienna Créme Frappuccino, crafted with Starbucks’ signature espresso blended with mocha and vanilla mascarpone cream, finished with burnt caramel notes.
For consumers seeking lighter options, the Iced Matcha with Banana Foam offers a chilled matcha latte topped with creamy banana cold foam.
On the dessert front, Tata Starbucks has introduced the Valentine’s Blossom Cake — a rose milk sponge layered with frosting and strawberry glaze — and the Valentine’s Marble Loaf Cake, combining chocolate and vanilla with cream cheese frosting, pistachios and rose petals.
Curated Gifting Collection
Beyond beverages and desserts, Tata Starbucks has launched a Valentine’s-themed merchandise range. The collection includes a red and pink plushie set priced at Rs 1,790, a pink and blue ceramic mug at Rs 850, and a blue-white gradient water bottle priced at Rs 1,500.
The gifting range is positioned to appeal to both couples and individual consumers looking for self-gifting options.
Expanding Occasion-Led Retail
Starbucks entered India in October 2012 through a 50:50 joint venture with Tata Consumer Products Limited. Tata Starbucks Private Limited now operates more than 500 stores across 81 cities in India, supported by over 4,300 partners (employees).
