D-Mart, operated by Avenue Supermarts, recorded a nearly 20 per cent increase in standalone revenue from operations to Rs 12,393.46 crore for the fourth quarter of FY2024, compared to Rs 10,337.12 crore in the same period of FY23. As of 31 March 2024, D-Mart had a total of 365 stores.
However, the company noted that the standalone revenue figures for the quarter ending 31 March 2024, are subject to audit by the statutory auditors.
In the corresponding quarter of FY2021-22, Avenue Supermarts reported standalone revenue of Rs 8,606.09 crore. Founded by Radhakishan Damani and family, DMart operates retail outlets across various states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, NCR, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and Rajasthan.
