Jockey International has appointed Christopher Carroll Smith as director of the firm effective 8 February 2024, as a representative of Jockey International Inc, USA, subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot, according to a regulatory filing.
Smith has been appointed as an additional director following Mark Fedyk’s resignation from the company’s board on 8 February 2024.
Smith, 60, is Jockey International’s executive vice president of international and chief customer officer. He has a BS from UW Parkside and an MBA from Loyola University of Chicago.
He has more than 30 years of experience with Jockey International.
