Amazon India has announced the 10th edition of Prime Day, its flagship annual shopping event, which will run for 72 hours from July 4 to July 6, offering Prime members access to exclusive deals, new product launches, savings offers and entertainment content.
Marking a decade of Prime Day in India, the e-commerce giant said this year’s event will feature “10th Anniversary Deals” across categories including smartphones, laptops, fashion, home and kitchen appliances, beauty products, toys and everyday essentials. Customers will also be able to avail up to 10 per cent instant savings on SBI and Axis Bank credit card and EMI transactions, while Prime members using the Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card will receive unlimited 5 per cent cashback.
Amazon said Prime Day 2026 will include more than 500 new product launches from over 100 Indian and global brands. Participating brands include Asus, Boat, Colgate, Continental Coffee, Duroflex, HP, iQOO, Lego, Lenovo, OnePlus, Redmi and Samsung, alongside offerings from small and medium businesses, women-led enterprises and start-ups.
To commemorate the milestone edition, Amazon has introduced limited-period membership offers. New customers can subscribe to the annual Prime membership for Rs 999, down from Rs 1,499, while Prime Lite and Prime Shopping Edition memberships will be available at discounted rates of Rs 599 and Rs 299 respectively.
Abhinav Agarwal, Director – Prime, Amazon India, said the company was using the 10th edition of Prime Day to celebrate its members, sellers and brand partners while reinforcing its commitment to delivering shopping, savings and entertainment experiences across the country.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, Amazon has launched “Prime Playback”, an AI-powered personalised experience that allows eligible Prime members to revisit their journey on the platform. The feature highlights shopping milestones, streaming preferences and cumulative savings generated through Prime membership benefits.
The company is also expanding the use of artificial intelligence across its shopping ecosystem. Customers can access AI-powered features such as Rufus, Amazon’s conversational shopping assistant, alongside Lens AI, AI-generated review summaries and buying guides designed to simplify product discovery and decision-making.
Beyond retail, Prime Video is using the event to showcase a broad slate of Indian and international content. Upcoming titles include investigative thriller Raakh, comedy dramas The Pyramid Scheme and Gram Chikitsalay Season 2, as well as reality series Alliance. The platform will also stream post-theatrical premieres of films including Karuppu, Drishyam 3 and Dacoit, alongside international series, films and anime titles.
Amazon said Prime members will continue to benefit from a range of delivery options, including deliveries within minutes through Amazon Now in select cities, same-day delivery on more than 10 lakh products and next-day delivery on over 40 lakh items. The company added that crores of additional products remain available through unlimited free and fast Prime delivery.
The event also includes travel-related offers through Amazon Pay, with discounts and cashback on flight, hotel and bus bookings, as well as financing options through Amazon Pay Later.
Prime Day remains one of Amazon’s largest annual sales events globally and serves as a key driver of customer engagement, seller participation and Prime membership growth in India.
