Giva Taps ClickPost to Automate Logistics Ahead of Festive Season

Partnership aims to streamline operations, cut manual effort by 80 per cent, and support expansion to 350 stores by March 2026

Indian jewellery brand Giva has partnered with logistics technology firm ClickPost to automate its supply chain operations, ahead of the high-demand festive season. The collaboration is also intended to support Giva’s ambitious plan to expand its retail presence to 350 stores by March 2026.

Giva’s operations encompass a complex omnichannel network, spanning direct-to-consumer (D2C), business-to-business (B2B), quick commerce, and store replenishment. The partnership with ClickPost introduces an integrated platform offering end-to-end visibility from courier booking to final delivery while reducing manual logistics effort by over 80 per cent.

“Partnering with ClickPost was a strategic decision to ensure our logistics capabilities could match our growth ambitions,” said Nikhil Rangari, AVP, Operations, Giva. he further added that the “Tasks that previously required two to three hours daily are now completed in under 30 minutes, freeing our team to focus on broader growth initiatives.”

The platform also provides real-time shipment tracking, proactive management of returns (RTO), and non-delivery reports (NDR), enhancing the post-purchase experience for customers—a critical factor during the festive season.

“The festive season is the ultimate stress test for any retailer’s supply chain. Our platform allows Giva to maintain stability and efficiency while delivering a seamless customer experience”, Naman Vijay, Co-founder and CEO, ClickPost, said.

Giva is known for its high-quality silver jewellery and has rapidly grown its D2C footprint while expanding into retail stores nationwide. ClickPost, which integrates with over 500 carriers globally, serves more than 450 brands, including major jewellery retailers.
