The Gen Alpha-inspired kiosk features an interactive touchscreen experience, marking the brand’s move into physical retail and expanding its consumer touchpoints
Noise Junior, the kids’ technology sub-brand of Noise, has opened its first-ever offline kiosk at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, Delhi, marking a significant step in its retail expansion strategy. The move extends the brand’s digital-first presence into physical retail, offering families an opportunity to explore its range of connected devices through an interactive experience.
Interactive Retail Experience For Families
Designed with Gen Alpha in mind, the kiosk features an interactive touchscreen interface that allows children and parents to explore Noise Junior’s product portfolio. The space aims to make product discovery more engaging while helping parents understand how connected technology can support children’s safety, communication and everyday routines.
Commenting on the launch, Amit Khatri, Co-founder of Noise and Noise Junior, said the first offline kiosk was an important milestone in bringing the brand’s technology closer to consumers.
He added that the space was envisioned as an interactive environment that resonates with today’s generation of children while enabling parents to understand how technology can make everyday experiences more connected, convenient and reassuring.
Expanding Beyond Digital Retail
The launch reflects Noise Junior’s strategy to complement its direct-to-consumer (D2C) presence with physical retail touchpoints. As consumer technology brands increasingly adopt omnichannel strategies, experiential retail is emerging as a way to build consumer confidence and encourage product discovery.
By offering hands-on demonstrations, the kiosk aims to help families evaluate product features and usability before making purchase decisions.
Focus On Child Safety And Connectivity
Noise Junior’s product portfolio includes smartwatches with features such as real-time GPS tracking, two-way voice and video calling, geofenced safe zones, SOS alerts and call whitelisting.
Other features, including Habit Scheduler and Family Chat Hub, are designed to support communication and routine-building. The devices also do not offer open internet access, providing children with a more controlled digital experience.
With its first offline kiosk at Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, Noise Junior aims to strengthen its engagement with families and make its range of child-focused connected technology more accessible through physical retail.
