Oriflame Names Kenneth Benaim Campbell As CEO

Campbell brings 27 years of L’Oréal experience across key beauty markets, along with leadership experience at Lipton Teas & Infusions

 

 

Oriflame has appointed Kenneth Benaim Campbell as its Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, bringing more than three decades of international leadership experience across the beauty and consumer sectors.

Campbell brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience, including 27 years at L’Oréal, where he held senior roles across Europe, Asia and Latin America. He has led businesses in markets including India, China, the UK, Germany, Spain and Mexico.

Before joining Oriflame, Campbell served as President for Europe and North America at Lipton Teas & Infusions, where he led the branded beverage business through a period of transformation and growth.

Robert Bensoussan, Chairman, Oriflame Board, said, “Kenneth is an exceptional international leader with deep beauty industry expertise, extensive global experience and a strong track record of building brands, developing people and delivering results. The Board unanimously believes he is the right leader to guide Oriflame through its next phase of development and growth.”

Malmhake’s tenure included Oriflame’s recapitalisation and the implementation of its transformation strategy.

Bensoussan said, “I would also like to thank Anna for her leadership and commitment during an important period in Oriflame’s history. Under her leadership, the company successfully completed its refinancing and made significant progress in strengthening the business and advancing its transformation.”

Campbell said, “I am honoured to join Oriflame. Oriflame is approaching its 60th anniversary and said it will focus on strengthening the business, supporting its Beauty Entrepreneurs and advancing its transformation plans.
