Raymond Streamlines Online Orders With Unicommerce

Raymond's Net Profit Rises To Rs 1,065 Cr In Q1

The apparel retailer adopts Uniware to unify orders, inventory and fulfilment across all digital channels

Raymond Lifestyle has partnered with e-commerce enablement firm Unicommerce to consolidate and automate its digital retail operations across marketplaces and brand websites.

The apparel retailer will deploy Unicommerce’s Uniware platform to manage orders, inventory and warehouse workflows for all its brands, including Raymond, Park Avenue, ColorPlus and Parx, through a single system. The integration aims to speed up order processing, cut operational errors and offer consistent fulfilment across channels.

The move comes as Raymond looks to scale its omnichannel presence amid rising online demand for its premium formal, casual and ethnic wear portfolio. The unified backend will allow the company to track purchases made on Amazon, Myntra or its own websites via one dashboard, while automating tasks such as inventory updates and warehouse routing.

The platform will also streamline returns by digitising the initiation, reverse-logistics and reconciliation processes, reducing manual handling and turnaround time.

“Raymond Lifestyle is built on a legacy of excellence, backed by deep industry experience. As we leverage evolving market opportunities, our focus remains on delivering seamless customer experiences. Partnering with Unicommerce gives us the technological edge to streamline our operations, improve agility, and scale efficiently across channels.” said Puneet Chandani, Head of Ecommerce,  Raymond Lifestyle.

Kapil Makhija, MD and CEO, Unicommerce, said the partnership will help Raymond accelerate fulfilment and maintain unified control as it expands online.
