Relaxo has integrated Uniware platform to unify order, inventory and returns management across online channels
Unicommerce has partnered with Relaxo Footwears to support the footwear company’s ecommerce operations through its SaaS platform Uniware. As part of the deployment, Relaxo has integrated Uniware to bring its order processing, inventory, warehousing and returns operations onto a single system. The integration is aimed at improving coordination across online sales channels.
The platform will enable management of multi-channel orders and inventory visibility across marketplaces and Relaxo’s own online channels. It will also support warehouse operations and order fulfilment processes, according to the issued statement.
Uniware’s returns management system will be used to streamline reverse logistics, including returns and exchanges across channels.
Relaxo Footwears, which operates in India’s footwear market, has been expanding its presence in the ecommerce segment as online demand grows.
“As customer expectations evolve, delivering a seamless shopping and returns experience across channels becomes critical. Our partnership with Unicommerce strengthens our digital backbone and supports our ambition to efficiently manage the rapid growth in online demand while staying true to our promise of comfort, quality, and reliability,” said Manoj Taneja, Vice President, Digital, Relaxo Footwears.
Kapil Makhija, MD and CEO, Unicommerce, said the partnership would help strengthen fulfilment efficiency. “Today’s consumers expect faster deliveries and easy returns, regardless of where they shop. Our platform will help Relaxo build a more connected supply chain that translates into better customer service,” he said.
Unicommerce’s SaaS suite includes Uniware for e-commerce operations, Shipway for logistics automation and Convertway for marketing automation. The company serves over 7,500 clients across India, Southeast Asia and the Middle East, including FabIndia, Lenskart, Mamaearth and Boat.
