Frido, the consumer healthcare brand known for its innovative mobility and comfort solutions, has opened its first experiential store at Phoenix Marketcity, Viman Nagar, Pune. This marks the brand’s shift from a digital-only model to an immersive hybrid approach aimed at enhancing the consumer journey.

With an international footprint spanning the UK, UAE, and USA, Frido’s new offline venture combines e-commerce ease with real-time expert guidance and customisation. A standout feature of the store is its advanced foot scanner, offering GAIT analysis and precise posture alignment. Licensed podiatrists on-site provide free consultations, helping customers tackle issues like heel pain, flat feet, and posture discomfort.

CEO Ganesh Sonawane said the Pune store represents a return to the brand’s roots and a step forward in personalised wellness, while COO Arif Khan highlighted the importance of human interaction in delivering true comfort.

The space doubles as a research lab, giving Frido’s R&D team direct consumer insight. Plans are underway to scale this model across India, reinforcing the brand’s mission of accessible, tech-enabled comfort.
