Interio by Godrej Projects Arm Eyes Rs 1,100 Cr Revenue In FY26

Interio by Godrej eyes Rs 1,100 crore FY26 revenue as demand for turnkey workspace solutions from banks, corporates and institutions accelerates

The projects business of Interio by Godrej expects to cross Rs 1,100 crore in revenue in FY26, supported by rising demand for turnkey workspace solutions from banks, corporates and institutional clients, the company said on Monday.

The unit, part of the Godrej Enterprises Group, recently completed a 75,000 sq ft interior fit-out for the local head office of State Bank of India at Bandra Kurla Complex, the country’s key financial district.

The project spans four floors and houses what the company said is India’s largest dealing room, built to support the bank’s treasury and investment operations. The fit-out included modular workstations, specialised ceiling systems, modular partitions, audio-visual infrastructure and fire-rated storage facilities as part of the turnkey delivery.

The company said demand for integrated design-and-build workspace solutions has been increasing as financial institutions and large corporates modernise office infrastructure to support complex operations and technology-driven workflows.

“The Indian banking industry has seen robust growth, driven by strong economic expansion, rising disposable incomes, growing consumerism, and easier credit access. As India’s banking sector continues to modernize its infrastructure to support increasingly sophisticated financial operations, our role is to create workspaces that combine operational efficiency with the scale and security requirements of critical financial functions,” said Swapneel Nagarkar, executive vice president and business head at Interio by Godrej.

“The project exemplifies our ability to execute comprehensive turnkey solutions under tight timelines in budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. We look forward to partnering with more financial institutions to create workplaces that support India’s growing economic ambitions,” he added.

Digital Tools And Partnerships Support Project Delivery
The company said the project involved complex procurement and coordination across multiple vendors, supported by long-term partnerships with original equipment manufacturers to secure critical materials within the client’s budget.

Planning and execution were managed through the company’s in-house project monitoring platform, Prostream, which is based on the Critical Chain Path Method to track progress and provide real-time visibility to stakeholders. On-site execution was supported by proprietary applications developed by the company to monitor safety and quality standards.

Over 1,000 Projects Executed Across Sectors
Interio by Godrej’s projects division has executed more than 1,000 projects covering over 100 million sq ft across sectors including corporate offices, government facilities, banking, airports, metros, healthcare, education and retail spaces.

Recent assignments include workspace and design projects for organisations such as ArcelorMittal, Tata Motors and Cognizant Technology Solutions, as well as institutional clients including the Indian School of Business.

The company said it is targeting Rs 1,500 crore revenue in the next financial year as it expands its project partnerships and introduces digital tools aimed at improving execution efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
