To further strengthen the hotel’s culinary offerings, dining concepts, and enhance guest satisfaction, Novotel Hyderabad Airport has appointed Gyandeep Singh as the Director of Food and Beverage. In his new role, Singh will oversee the entire spectrum of food and beverage operations at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and events.
With over 18 years of diverse experience across leading luxury hotel brands, Singh has a proven track record in business development and expertise in operational excellence, the company said in a statement. Singh has worked with renowned hospitality brands such as IHCL (Taj Hotels), Hilton, Hyatt, The Leela, ITC Hotels, and Marriott, in leadership roles across Hyderabad, Bangalore, Goa, Chennai, and Mumbai.
