Bigbasket, a Tata-owned grocery delivery firm, has appointed Manish Bajoria as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Bajoria will be leading the company’s finance operations and contributing to its financial strategy as the company goes through a phase of expansion.
Bajoria has more than 20 years of experience in strategic finance, commercial management, and digital transformation across diverse sectors, the company stated. Prior to joining bigbasket, he served as CFO at Vini Cosmetics. He has also held senior finance leadership roles at Amazon and Hindustan Unilever.

I look forward to working with the leadership team to improve financial processes, support growth and create lasting value for customers, partners, and employees.” Bajoria stated in a post shared by the company on LinkedIn.
At Vini Cosmetics, Bajoria was the Executive Director and CFO and served for 2.5 years. Before this, he was also the Director Finance, Amazon Pay and Advertisement, where he led the finance function for the Amazon Payments and Advertisement team in India for over five and half years. His total tenure at Amazon lasted seven years and nine months.
Bajoria was employed in various roles at Hindustan Unilever, where he stayed for around eight years. From Treasury Dealer in September 2006 to Head Exports Finance in June 2013, he rose through the ranks.
