Evocus Appoints Clavells Santiago As VP, Sales Horeca & Marketing

Santiago will spearhead Evocus’s marketing and business leadership, driving the brand’s initiatives across sales, Horeca and growth channels

Evocus, a premium functional beverage brand, has notified a key leadership move with Clavell Santiago taking on the role of Vice President, Sales Horeca and Marketing. In this expanded role, he will lead Evocus’s commercial and marketing functions, guiding brand strategy, accelerating revenue growth and scaling the Horeca business across domestic and international markets.

Santiago has been integral to Evocus’s growth journey and most recently served as Head of Sales, Horeca where he led Evocus’s entry into the segment, introduced the world’s first Black Soda, and trade-focused product innovations, the brand said.

“The journey so far has been full of learning, experimentation, and meaningful milestones, and I’m grateful for the trust placed in me. As we scale Evocus, my focus will be on sharpening our marketing narrative, strengthening engagement across key channels, and building meaningful differentiation to drive sustainable growth for the brand,” stated Clavell Santiago.

With over 12 years of experience across the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and hospitality sectors, Santiago brings strong expertise in business-to-business (B2B) sales, revenue growth, strategic partnerships and premium brand building across domestic and international markets. Prior to joining Evocus, he held leadership roles with the Narang Group, Coffee Day Beverages, Mars Group, IHG and Intercontinental Hotels Group.

Aakash Vaghela, Founder and Managing Director of Evocus, said, “As Evocus continues to strengthen its presence in domestic and international markets, Clavell’s expertise in driving channel growth, building high-value partnerships, and elevating premium brand experiences will be invaluable”.

Under his leadership, the brand scaled its Horeca presence across over 1,000 outlets nationwide, establishing the brand as a preferred beverage partner for premium hospitality groups including Oberoi, Marriott, and Taj, the statement added.
