The brand states that by turning premium coffee into an everyday experience, it is aiming to bridge the gap between quality and accessibility
With India’s coffee culture undergoing a seismic shift and there being an increase in preference for specialty coffee, Shiv Dhawan, the Co-founder of First Coffee, has stated that the company aims to make top-quality, single-origin coffee a part of daily life. The Co-founder highlighted that expanding to 10 outlets is just a beginning and the brand is eyeing to scale to 100 outlets by the financial year 2026.
“This is just the beginning. With 15 stores projected by the end of this quarter, 25 by the next, and an ambitious 100 outlets by FY26, we are set to redefine the coffee experience across the country,” stated Sohrab Sitaram, Co-Founder of First Coffee.
The brand stated that by turning premium coffee into an everyday experience, it is aiming to bridge the gap between quality and accessibility. While traditional coffee chains rely heavily on ambiance or convenience, First Coffee seeks to deliver fast, consistent, and superior-quality coffee tailored for the modern, on-the-move lifestyle.
“At First Coffee, we are transforming how India embraces specialty coffee. Our vision is to make top-quality, single-origin coffee a simple part of daily life, something you grab without overthinking, without overpaying, and without waiting. Expanding to 10 outlets is just the beginning. We are here to build a culture around coffee that’s bold, fast, and rooted in today’s vibe,” Shiv Dhawan, Co-Founder of First Coffee stated in a media release.
By making single-origin, 91 SCA-rated specialty coffee and menu featuring coffee mixology, boba, and matcha, the company stated that it crafts from 100 per cent Arabica beans sourced from the Harley Estate, a micro-lot, single-origin farm. As far as the sustainability aspect is concerned, the company highlighted that it uses natural lake irrigation, no chemicals and renewable hydro and solar energy.
