The MoU outlines the intention to specify Grohe solutions across approximately 40,000 luxury homes over a five-year period
Bathroom Solutions brand Grohe has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gaurs Group, a real estate developer, to integrate Grohe’s products across its upcoming luxury residential projects. The MoU outlines the intention to specify Grohe solutions across approximately 40,000 luxury homes over a five-year period.
Grohe brings to the collaboration a product portfolio that spans fittings, showers and complete bathroom solutions. The brand said that its ability to deliver across a range of specifications within a luxury development, with a coherent design language, make it well suited for premium residential developments for developers operating in the luxury residential segment.
“As bathrooms increasingly become spaces of personal retreat and expression, the need for thoughtfully designed, high-performance solutions are more relevant than ever. Our partnership with Gaurs Group reflects a shared commitment to delivering living experiences of the highest order. Grohe Spa, our luxury collection, embodies that ambition and we are pleased to see it find its place in a development that takes luxury seriously,” said Priya Rustogi, Leader (Managing Director), India, LIXIL IMEA.
A distinctive aspect of the collaboration is the inclusion of Grohe Spa, Grohe’s luxury collection, within the specification for select homes in the Gaurs portfolio. It is designed for projects where the bathroom is conceived not merely as a functional space but as an environment, where material quality, considered design, and the experience of water are each given their fullest expression, the company noted.
“At Gaursons, we are committed to delivering homes that reflect modern luxury and timeless quality. Partnering with Grohe allows us to integrate world-class bathroom solutions into our developments, further strengthening our promise of offering premium living experiences to our customers.” said Veshesh Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group.
The company pointed out that residential segment has seen a marked shift in homebuyer expectations over the past several years. Location and scale, while still relevant, are no longer the only criteria. Design quality, finish standards and the specification of individual spaces within a home are now evaluated with comparable rigour, the company mentioned.
