The company’s net profit grow to Rs 16.8 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25) from Rs 7.3 crore in Q4FY24
Registering a significant improvement in its profitability, Le Travenues Technology (ixigo), a travel platform, has seen its net profit grow to Rs 16.8 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25), an uptick of 128 per cent on a year-on-year (YoY) basis.
The financial results of the company revealed that the revenue from operations jumped to Rs 284.1 crore in the recently concluded quarter from Rs 164.9 crore in Q4FY24, marking a jump of 72 per cent YoY. The company recorded healthy increase in Q4 flight revenue, which was up 135 per cent YoY, as per an exchange filing by the company. The bus revenue also registered 103 per cent YoY surge during the quarter.
“This has been our strongest quarter yet, driven by consistent quarter-on-quarter acceleration across all lines of business. We are also seeing operating leverage kick in as demonstrated in our robust cash flow from operations amounting to Rs 122 crore in FY25,” stated Rajnish Kumar, Group Co-chief executive officer (CEO), ixigo and Aloke Bajpai, Group CEO.
The Gross Transaction Value (GTV) crossed Rs. 4, 418.4 crore in Q4FY25, growing by 65 per cent YoY. Flight and bus GTV each grew 92 per cent YoY while train GTV grew 41 per cent YoY for Q4FY25 as compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year (Q4FY24).
The adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBIDTA) in the quarter ended 31 March 2025 was Rs 29.1 crore, marking an increase of 70 per cent on a YoY basis, the company stated in a release.
On a full-year basis, the company’s revenue from operations rose to Rs 914.2 crore in FY25 as compared to Rs 655.9 crore in FY24, the company stated in an exchange filing. Contribution Margin (CM) increased by 69 per cent YoY, reaching Rs 120.9 crore in Q4FY25.
