Noice Expands Artisanal Dessert Range To Tap Summer Demand

The range, available on Instamart, aims to tap into the growing love for authentic flavours

As India braces for a hotter summer, Noice, a premium food brand, has introduced a 15-flavour artisanal dessert range spanning across slow-churned ice creams, gelato and kulfis. The range, available on Instamart, aims to tap into growing love for authentic flavours.

Noice’s summer desserts range from familiar Indian flavours and globally loved classics, which includes rose gulkand ice cream and filter coffee ice cream, as per the company’s statement. The newest range includes italian gelatos with dark chocolate, salted caramel and pistachio and Kulfis, including Malai, Rose Gulkand and Kesar Pista.

“Most ice creams today are engineered for speed, which usually means adding air. Air makes it lighter, but it also takes away from what you are actually tasting. We chose to go the other way, slow churned, less air and more density. It is a harder process, but it gives you a texture and richness that holds up. From there, it was about making sure the ingredients could live up to that process like using real gulkand, filter coffee from the South, whole pistachios, coconut with actual bite,” stated Royan Mody, Vice President – Noice.

The brand’s latest ranges also includes slow-churned ice creams featuring rose gulkand, coconut, filter coffee, and kesar pista, each inspired by regional favourites and crafted for balance, along with fruity classics like Alphanso mango.
