The company says that sewing machine category grew by over 45 per cent in Q4 and over 40 per cent in FY26
Singer India has reported revenue from operations of Rs 557.3 crore in the financial year 2026, marking an increase of 29.1 per cent on a year-on-year basis. Net profit rose 72.7 per cent on a YoY basis.
The financial results of the company revealed that the reported net profit rose to Rs 12.8 crore in FY26. The profit before tax also rose 72.6 per cent during the same period to reach Rs 17.3 crore. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) was up 70 per cent to Rs 21.5 crore in FY26.
In the fourth quarter of the financial year 2026, the revenue of the company rose 36.7 per cent on-year to reach Rs 166.3 crore from Rs 121.67 crore in the corresponding period of the last fiscal year (Q4FY25). The net profit was also increased 45.7 per cent to Rs 5.9 crore in Q4FY26 on a year-on-year basis.
The company said that sewing machine category grew by over 45 per cent in Q4 and over 40 per cent in FY26. The sewing machine segment recorded growth across channels and categories as trade channel grew over 15 per cent in both Q4 and FY26 Ecommerce channel grew by over 50 per cent in Q4 and over 25 per cent in FY26 due to portfolio expansion and market share gain.
Cast iron sewing machine and related accessories category grew significantly by over 50 per cent in the previous financial year. The appliance segment reported business growth of 9 per cent during Q4 due to new fans line-up and ecommerce expansion. The drop in the fiscal year was mainly due to muted demand for high selling cooling and heating products.
