The company informs that Suparna Mitra has resigned from her position due to personal reasons
Suparna Mitra has tendered her resignation from the position of chief executive officer (CEO) of Titan’s watches and wearables division, after holding the post for around five years, as per a regulatory filing made by the company on Tuesday.
The company informed that her last working day will be 12 August 2025. “This is to inform that Suparna Mitra, CEO of the watches and wearables division of the company, has tendered her resignation from the services of the Company with effect from 12th August 2025,” the company stated.
“I would like to tender my resignation as the CEO of the watches and wearables division of Titan company by 12th August 2025, due to personal reasons. I am eternally grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to serve, contribute and grow in the past many years,” Mitra wrote in her resignation letter addressed to CK Venkataraman, Managing Director (MD) of Titan.
Mitra joined the company as the global marketing head in February 2006. Following this, she took charge as the business head- south in April 2012, where her role was to manage the business in the south region for three verticals of Titan company- watches, jewellery and eyewear. She has been the CEO of the stated division since April 2020.
